Duties

Includes, but not limited to:

Process invoices and create disbursements for grants and contracts

Maintain file records for each grant

Answer phones, customer support, Pearson Vue proctor and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent with experience in bookkeeping/accounting.  Knowledge of and familiarity with personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing software.  Must have strong organizational, problem solving, oral and written communication skills and ability to work with limited supervision and on multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Salary/Benefits

$32,000 including paid time off and medical benefits

Additional Notes

Full-time position which includes vacation, sick, personal days and medical insurance.  Hours would be Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
