-Assist building principals with discipline, attendance, and staff evaluations

Qualifications

-Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License

-General Administrative or Principal Endorsement preferred

The Lexington School District is located in and around a small community situated along Interstate #55, north of the twin cities of Bloomington and Normal.  Comprising of approximately 500 students, we are a district with a long and proud academic and athletic history.  Both Lexington Elementary and Lexington High School have been identified as "Exemplary Schools" multiple times since 2019 by the Illinois State Board of Education.  In addition, the district is currently undergoing a $14 million construction and renovation project that will include new classrooms for fine arts, agriculture and industrial arts, visual arts, sciences as well as new locker rooms, new fitness room, and a new gymnasium.
