Duties
Morris Community High School is accepting applications for a full-time Mathematics Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Opportunities for coaching or advising extra-curricular activities may exist.
Qualifications
A Professional Educator License with endorsement for Mathematics Grades 9-12 is required. The ability to teach dual credit classes or a willingness to pursue the requirements for approval is preferred.
Salary/Benefits
The current collective bargaining agreement is available here. In addition to Board-paid TRS benefits, teachers also receive $14,100 toward the health insurance plan of their choice, with any remaining balance paid as salary.
Additional Notes
Multiple teaching positions may be available, including classroom teacher and/or mathematics interventionist. For December 2024 graduates, the District may consider hiring someone for a January 2025 start date.
