The Title Teacher will be a position that will manage a system for using teacher input and assessment monitoring to maintain a list of at risk students, along with their current intervention plan, via the RTI approach. The Title Teacher will also work in small group settings with at risk students to build identified deficit skills in math and reading. 


The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents. Possess both an understanding of best practices in regards to education, and the ability to effectively implement that knowledge into education management and instruction. Must hold a valid Illinois education license endorsed to teach students in grades K-8 (generally an elementary education license, but other possibilities exist) and have a Reading Endorsement on their license for grant purposes.
