Job Bank^SM Subscription Form - Public School Districts in Illinois

To subscribe on-line to the IASA Illinois Education Job Bank^SM (IEJB^SM), Illinois Public School Districts must complete the following required information, based on the 11-digit ISBE Code unique to each district. If you are a public school district in Illinois, please send a request for your school district's password to jobbank@iasaedu.org or call IASA at 217/753-2213. Please do not resubscribe for a password.

State Region Code #		A code of 2 numbers, from 01-57 for the 45 Regional Offices of Education. Each region is made up of one or more of the 102 Illinois counties. In addition, Region 60 is assigned Department of Corrections, and Region 65 is assigned to Other State Funded Schools.

District Code #		District Code # - A code of 5 numbers, or 4 numbers and 1 letter, which includes the legal identifier which the school district uses as its district name. Example: District 1 would be entered as 00100 -- District 10 would be 01000 and District 100 would be 10000. Special Education and Vocational Education facilities would enter 00000.
District Type Code #		A code of 2 numbers that identifies the type of district or administrative agent.
Student Enrollment		Current school year fall enrollment number.
