Duties

The Roselle School District 12 Board of Education announces the search for a superintendent of schools to begin on July 1, 2027.

Qualifications

  • Hold or be eligible for the Illinois Superintendent License
  • Knowledge of school finance, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
  • Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and community engagement skills
  • Hold a doctorate, preferred
  • Have experience overseeing capital projects, preferred

Salary/Benefits

The anticipated salary range is $180,000 to $210,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. A comprehensive benefits package will also be offered.
