Share: Print: Duties This position supervises, instructs and trains kitchen personnel, assures proper procedures are followed in the preparation of food, orders and maintains inventory of all food, plans school menu, standardizes food production, ensures food service vacancies are filled, assists in bidding process for food products, prepares ISBE claim reports, process free/reduced lunch applications, among other things and complies with all district policies, regulations and procedures.
